区域创新政策的落实必须要构建在区域创新体系的基础之上,在创业政策上通过创新体系为背景,切实提升我国区域创新能力和竞争能力,进而降低创新风险,克服市场的激励缺陷,才能更好促进区域创新创业体系的构建。为此,本文笔者通过对区域创新创业体系的深入剖析和研究,才能有效地促进社会经济的可持续发展。
The implementation of the regional innovation policy must be based on the regional innovation system. Based on the innovation system in the entrepreneurial policy, the implementation of the regional innovation policy can effectively enhance China’s regional innovation capability and competitiveness so as to reduce the risk of innovation and overcome the incentive flaw in the market. Well promote the construction of regional innovation and entrepreneurship system. Therefore, the author of this article can effectively promote the sustainable development of society and economy through the thorough analysis and research on the regional innovation and entrepreneurship system.
