首次对二苯基硫脲(DPTU)的 Ag(Ⅰ)、Ru(Ⅳ)、Rh(Ⅲ)、Pd(Ⅱ)、Pt(Ⅳ)配合物的高效液相色谱行为进行了研究。以硅胶(5μm)填充柱为固定相,含10~(-3)mol/L DPTU 的 CHCl_3-C_6H_(?)-C_2H_6OH(8:1:1 V/V)混合液为流动相,流速为1mL/min,流出液在320 nm 检测,获得 Ag(Ru)、Rh、Pd、Pt 的最佳分离。从标准曲线的下限求得 Rh、Pd、Pt 的最低检测限分别为16 ng、8 ng、16ng.三次进样的变异系数分别为0.77%、2.2%和0.41%。
The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) of Ag (Ⅰ), Ru (Ⅳ), Rh (Ⅲ), Pd (Ⅱ) and Pt (Ⅳ) complexes of diphenylthiourea (DPTU) was studied for the first time. The column was packed with silica gel (5 μm) and the mobile phase was CHCl 3 -C 6 H 2 -C 6 H 6 OH (8: 1: 1 V / V) containing 10 -3 mol / L DPTU with a flow rate of 1 mL / min, and the effluent was detected at 320 nm to obtain the best separation of Ag (Ru), Rh, Pd and Pt. The minimum detection limits of Rh, Pd and Pt were 16 ng, 8 ng and 16 ng, respectively. The coefficients of variation of three injections were 0.77%, 2.2% and 0.41% respectively.
