法国此次教育改革的指导委员会在2012年10月出台的“重建学校”总结报告中曾对小学生的课时调整提出了方向性的建议,其中包括初等教育阶段(幼儿学校和小学阶段)每天教学时间不超过5小时,学生午休时间不少于1.5小时,学生每天16:30(或17:00)前不应离校等。同时报告还主张恢复2008年之前每周四天半的课时制度,并尝试延长一至两周的教学时间,从而使得小学生每天的在校时间缩短、学期的周数增多。最终综合各方意见,在2013年9月起开始正式实施的新
