本实验观察了胰岛素增强内皮素-1(ET-1)对WKY/SHR离体主动脉作用的内皮依赖性。结果发现:(1)与WKY相比,SHR动脉对ET-1具有脱敏性,表现为同样浓度的ET-1使WKY动脉收缩而使SHR动脉舒张;(2)胰岛素明显增强ET-1对正常动脉的收缩作用,明显减弱ET-1对高血压动脉的舒张作用;(3)胰岛素增强ET-1对WKY/SHR离体主动脉作用的现象具有明显的内皮依赖性。作者认为:(1)动脉对血管收缩物质的脱敏现象可能是高血压性血管病变参与高血压病发展的原因之一;(2)胰岛素对血管活性物质的增敏作用可能是胰岛素抵抗参与高血压发病的原因之一。
The present experiment examined the endothelium-dependent effects of insulin on the release of endothelin-1 (ET-1) from the isolated aorta of WKY / SHR. The results showed that: (1) Compared with WKY, SHR arteries were desensitized to ET-1, showing the same concentration of ET-1 to make WKY arteries constrict and make SHR arteries vasodilatory; (2) Insulin significantly enhanced ET-1 Contraction of normal arteries significantly attenuated the vasorelaxation of hypertensive arteries by ET-1. (3) The phenomenon of ET-1 enhancing ET-1 on isolated aorta of WKY / SHR was significantly endothelium-dependent. The author thinks: (1) Arterial desensitization of vasoconstrictor substances may be one of the reasons that hypertensive vascular disease is involved in the development of hypertension; (2) The sensitization effect of insulin on vasoactive substances may be involved in the high participation of insulin resistance One of the causes of blood pressure.
