测定品种的适应性与稳定性是衡量品种推广利用价值的必要步骤,本文以河南省1997—1998年小麦品种区域试验高肥冬水组为例,比较了几种测定方法的优缺点,表明用决定系数(r2),品种变异系数(CV),品种变异系数CV与平均变异系数CV的比数百分数以及高稳系数(HSC)测定品种的稳定性结论不一致。从而提出用HSC测定参试品种的高产稳产性,用回归系数(bi)或灰色布局测试品种的适应性,并提出提高品种的适应性与稳定性的育种手段。
The adaptability and stability of varieties tested are the necessary steps to measure the value of popularization and utilization of cultivars. Taking the high-fat winter wheat group of regional trial of wheat varieties from 1997 to 1998 in Henan Province as an example, the advantages and disadvantages of several methods were compared, The concordance coefficient (r2), coefficient of variation (CV), coefficient of variation coefficient of CV and percentage CV of coefficient of variation CV, and stability of tested varieties with high stability coefficient (HSC) were inconsistent. Therefore, it is proposed to measure the high and stable yield of the tested varieties by using HSC, to test the adaptability of the varieties by the regression coefficient (bi) or the gray layout, and to propose the breeding means for improving the adaptability and stability of the varieties.
