研究了采用电化学方法抛光粉末冶金异形模具的工艺参数、电解液的组成和配比。用轴承钢(GCr15)做的模具,抛光后可使其粗糙度Ra值从2.4~1.6降到0.8~0.4,其尺寸精度可控制在0.015毫米以内。还介绍了用该方法抛光粉末冶金齿轮模具的实例,抛光后达到了8级精度齿轮的技术要求。因此,采用电化学方法抛光粉末冶金模具,特别是异形模具,是一种高效、低成本、易保证质量的有效方法。
The technological parameters of electrochemical powder metallurgy special mold and the composition and proportion of electrolyte were studied. The mold made of bearing steel (GCr15) can reduce its roughness Ra value from 2.4-1.6 to 0.8-0.4 after polishing, and its dimensional accuracy can be controlled within 0.015mm. Also introduced with this method of polishing powder metallurgy gear mold example, after polishing to achieve a level 8 precision gear technical requirements. Therefore, the use of electrochemical polishing powder metallurgy mold, especially shaped mold, is an efficient, low cost, easy to ensure the quality of an effective method.
