1、前言最近,由于汽车工业的飞速发展和减轻汽车重量的要求,对汽车换热器用铝材的需要量越来越大,因而,制造换热器的钎焊技术也日益发展,所以,用无熔剂真空钎焊或惰性气体钎焊,代替传统使用的熔剂浸镀或炉中钎焊,就起来越显得重要了。在铝钎焊中多使用钎接板,本文从材料角度出发,对钎接板及钎焊材料,以及近来的各种技术问题,进行了展望和阐明。因此,我们的研究主体是无熔剂钎焊及其材料。
1, Foreword Recently, due to the rapid development of the automobile industry and the demand of reducing the weight of vehicles, the demand for aluminum for automotive heat exchangers is increasing. Therefore, the brazing technology for manufacturing heat exchangers is also being developed day by day. Therefore, Fluxless vacuum brazing or brazing with inert gas is more important than the traditional flux dosing or brazing in furnaces. In the aluminum brazing more use of brazing plate, this article from the material point of view, the brazing plate and brazing material, as well as the recent various technical problems, prospects and clarifications. Therefore, our research body is fluxless brazing and its materials.
