儿童期线性生长结束后,生长激素(GH)分泌持续至成人期,但随年龄增长而分泌减少。在成人GH分泌的生理作用还不太清楚,本文研究了生物合成的GH在GH缺乏的成人作为替代治疗时的作用,以探讨GH在成人的生理意义。病人和方法GH缺乏的成人14例参加试验,男9例,女5例,平均年龄29.4±2.7(19.5~52)岁,身高140~181cm,体重37~117kg。全部患者GH对胰岛素低血糖刺激的反应峰值<7mU/L。采用双盲安慰剂对照交叉研
After childhood linear growth, growth hormone (GH) secretion continued until adulthood, but with age and secretion decreased. The physiological role of GH secretion in adults is unclear. The role of GH in biosynthesis in the treatment of GH-deficient adults as a surrogate therapy was explored to explore the physiological significance of GH in adults. 14 cases of GH and GH deficiency were enrolled in this study.
