串叶松香草,又名松香草,菊科多年生宿根草木植物。原产于北美中部地区,1979年我国从朝鲜引进,1983年甘肃草原生态研究所庆阳黄土高原试验站从中国农业科学院北京畜牧研究所引进栽种,四年来通过试种、试用证明,它的突出特点是:高产、优质、适口性好、适应性强、繁殖容易、管理方便,是一种很有推广价值的高产优质饲草作物。
