压力钢管是水电机组的关键部件。本文基于电阻应变法和光纤光栅传感技术,开展了针对压力钢管运行全过程的应变形变特点的两种方法比对试验研究。研究结果表明,光纤光栅应变法能够准确、及时地表征钢管运行过程中的形变行为,且基于光纤光栅应变传感技术所具有的抗干扰、抗腐蚀、高持久耐性等突出优点,非常适合水电站坝内压力钢管明管段等潮湿腐蚀环境下的长期健康性能监测,是今后建设压力钢管实时监测系统中应变监测的首选监测技术。
Pressure pipe is a key component of a hydropower unit. In this paper, based on the resistance strain method and fiber grating sensing technology, carried out for the whole process of the penstock strain distortion characteristics of the two methods of comparison test study. The results show that the FBG strain method can accurately and timely characterize the deformation behavior of the steel pipe during operation, and is very suitable for hydropower station dam based on the prominent advantages of anti-jamming, corrosion resistance and high durability of fiber grating strain sensing technology The long-term health performance monitoring under the wet corrosive environment such as the internal pressure steel pipe plain pipe section is the first choice monitoring technology for strain monitoring in the real-time monitoring system of the pressure steel pipe in the future.
