本文以十种双-(对-烷氧基苯甲酸)-4,4’-联苯二酚酯液晶为对象(烷氧基中烷基R由甲基至癸基),选用蒽、菲为探索样,从温度对保留值、分离因子的影响、相变行为、柱效、流失水平等方面考察了此类液晶作为气相色谱固定液的基本性能。结果表明,十种液晶都能获得基线分离。R为甲、乙、丙基的液晶流失现象较严重。从选择性,流失水平和分析速度综合考虑,R为戊基的液晶最好。在其最佳操作温度下,对蒽、菲的分离因子达1.16,半峰宽分离度为3.87,以菲为探索样的每米有效塔板数是1177。于230℃高温下连续操作144小时,保留值和柱效重现到2%以内。
