一、引言: 鼻中隔弯曲是较常见的鼻部疾患。由于它是中隔软骨或硬骨的弯曲,手术治疗是唯一有效的办法;这种手术方法普通名为鼻中隔粘膜下切除术。这种手术虽然应用极为广泛,但对手术者来说,是非常值得重视的问題;因为这种手术需要相当精细的技术操作,它的要求是:只能一次,不可再次,只许成功,不许失败。也就是说,別的手术可以一次或多次的反复进行,而鼻中隔手术一经失败就不容易补救。因此,每一个耳鼻咽喉科医师,应当很慎重的对待此一问題。 First, the introduction: Nasal septum bending is the more common nasal disorders.
