当前,资源民族主义已经成为全球矿业领域的热点话题,各方对其全球状况有不同程度研判。本文以2012年以来资源民族主义相关事件信息为数据基础,简要阐述了资源民族主义的内涵和概貌,初步分析了资源民族主义全球状况分布特征。最终回答了资源民族主义全球状况评价的四个基本问题:①资源民族主义是什么;②涉及到哪些国家;③具体表现形式;④发展到了何种程度,并对其全球发展趋势做了预判。
At present, resource nationalism has become a hot topic in the global mining field. All parties have different degrees of judgment on its global status. Based on the information of resource nationalism-related events since 2012, this paper briefly expounds the connotation and overview of resource-nationalism, and analyzes the characteristics of the distribution of resource-nationalism in the world. Finally, it answers the four basic questions of global assessment of resource nationalism: (1) what is resource nationalism; (2) which countries are involved; (3) the specific forms of expression; (4) the extent to which it has been developed and the global trend of development .
