有杆泵采油是河南油田油井生产的主要形式,本文以节能降耗为目标,通过系统效率的影响因素分析,阐述了提高抽油机系统效率的途径及措施,不仅要提高地面系统效率,更重要的是提高井下系统效率。以降杆速降、降载荷两条主线,通过生产参数优化、沉没度优化、平衡优化、高效电机应用、举升方式优化及加强抽油机井生产管理等工艺技术措施,形成了一套适合河南油田生产特点的提高机采系统效率技术;同时通过抽油杆柱受力分析,探讨参数优化对油井检泵周期的影响。
