以瓠瓜、一串铃冬瓜、黑籽南瓜、丝瓜、金丝瓜及日本南瓜F1为砧木,以哈密瓜类优良品种金凤凰为接穗,进行嫁接亲和性及无土栽培试验研究。结果表明,一串铃冬瓜、黑籽南瓜、日本南瓜与金凤凰均具有好的嫁接亲和性及共生亲和性,嫁接苗在无土栽培中表现发棵快,植株生长健壮,平均单瓜重均显著高于自根苗,其中以日本南瓜表现最佳,平均单果重比自根苗重1.55kg,果实可溶性固形物含量为14%,达到了商品品质要求。
