目的:了解我院门急诊不合理用药情况,促进合理用药。方法:对我院2008年门急诊处方用药合理性进行调查并统计不合理处方数。结果:不合理用药处方总计345张。结论:我院存在一定程度的不合理用药现象,应切实采取措施从根本上解决不合理用药问题。
Objective: To understand the irrational use of emergency medicine in our hospital to promote rational drug use. Methods: To investigate the rationality of prescription medication in emergency department in our hospital in 2008 and count the number of unreasonable prescriptions. Results: There were 345 unreasonable prescriptions. Conclusion: There is a certain degree of irrational drug use in our hospital. Practical measures should be taken to fundamentally solve the problem of irrational drug use.
