我科自1987年3月以来采用廓清术或脏层胸膜纤维板剥脱术治疗了由儿科确诊并经抗炎、胸穿抽脓及闭式引流治疗效果不佳的103例小儿急性脓胸，现报告如下。资料与方法一、一般资料103例中，男45例，女58例，年龄8个月～12岁。病灶在右侧62例，左侧41例，并支气管胸膜疾者14例。病
