鞍钢矿山公司所属五大铁矿都是采用铁路运输为其主要运输形式。全公司40个电气集中车站的铁路信号都是有触点的继电器控制系统。该系统逻辑复杂,继电器数量大,故障率较高,并且占地面积大,工程投资高。为了提高矿山生产能力和运输效率,矿山研究所和齐大山铁矿共同承担了“100米车站研制PC车站联锁集中”的科研项目。该项目从1988年7月开始设计、编制程序和室内模拟调试试验,1989年4月转入现场安装,同年6月15日正式运行。至今设备运行稳定,软硬件没有任何故障,达到原设计标准。 PC是一种数字控制专用计算机,PC(可编程序控制器)可以记忆贮存指令执行诸如逻辑顺序计
Anshan Iron and Steel Mine Company’s five major iron ore are used by rail transport as its main form of transport. The company’s 40 electrical centralized station rail signals are contact relay control system. The system logic is complex, a large number of relays, high failure rate, and covers an area of ?? large, high investment projects. In order to improve mine production capacity and transport efficiency, Institute of Mining and Qidashan Iron Mine shared the “100-meter station development of PC station interlocking concentration” of scientific research projects. The project started from July 1988 design, preparation of procedures and indoor simulation commissioning test, April 1989 was transferred to the site installation, the same year, June 15 formally run.
