用白细胞介素-6(IL-6)依赖性人多发性骨髓瘤细胞株XG-1作为免疫原,我们成功地制备获得一株分泌抗人IL-6受体单克隆抗体的杂交瘤,命名为SI15。夹心ELISA和位点竞争试验表明,SI15和抗人IL-6受体单克隆抗体M19识别IL-6受体上的同一位点,对IL-6受体的生物学活性无影响。
Using interleukin-6 (IL-6) -dependent human multiple myeloma cell line XG-1 as an immunogen, we successfully obtained a hybridoma secreting an anti-human IL-6 receptor monoclonal antibody, named SI15. Sandwich ELISA and site competition assays showed that SI15 and the anti-human IL-6 receptor monoclonal antibody M19 recognize the same site on the IL-6 receptor with no effect on the biological activity of the IL-6 receptor.
