当前就业指导课中存在的主要问题有:知识体系不够统一规范,授课形式较为单一,忽视职业道德的培育。针对存在的问题,就业指导课的教学改革必须实现课程目标、学生、教师等三个方面的转变。根据教学改革要求,笔者从知识体系模块化、技能训练项目化、考核评价过程化等三个切入点进行了初步的探索,为今后的就业指导课教学方式改革提供借鉴。
The main problems existing in the current employment guidance class are: the system of knowledge is not standardized enough, the teaching form is rather single, and the cultivation of professional ethics is neglected. In view of the existing problems, the teaching reform of the employment guidance course must realize the change of the curriculum objectives, students and teachers. According to the requirements of teaching reform, the author makes a preliminary exploration from three points of view, including the modularization of knowledge system, the project of skill training, the process of assessment and evaluation, which will provide reference for the reform of the teaching methods of employment guidance in the future.
