制备了甲醇中氟苯和甲醇中1,2-二氯苯-d4两种内标标准样品。在恒温的超净间内,采用重量-容量法,分别制备了质量浓度为均1000μg/m L氟苯和1,2-二氯苯-d4标准样品,经分层随机抽样和分析检测,两种标准样品均匀性良好;经气相色谱/质谱跟踪监测,在24个月的监测周期内,稳定性良好。依据标准样品工作导则进行不确定度分析和量值评定,评定结果为:甲醇中氟苯,(1000±20)μg/m L;甲醇中1,2-二氯苯-d4,(1000±20)μg/m L。
Prepared in methanol fluorobenzene and methanol 1,2-dichlorobenzene-d4 two internal standard samples. In the thermostat clean room, the weight-volume method was used to prepare the standard samples of fluorobenzene and 1,2-dichlorobenzene-d4 with the average concentration of 1000μg / m L, respectively. Uncertainty analysis and quantitative evaluation were conducted according to the working guideline of standard samples.
