曾有人问我,看你每天忙忙碌碌的,在做什么?我随口说,做“心”。……现在回想起来,当时玩笑似的一说正是我的心里话。从事基层民族工作这么多年,我最大的感悟就是“以心换心,以心暖心”。换心,就是要在日常工作中经常换位思考。换了身份位子,才能真实地了解到少数民族同胞需要什么,盼望什么;换了工作角度,才能设身处地思考我们政府部门、民族工作者应该为少数民族同胞做些什么。暖心,就是要把服务少数民族工作落到实处。暖心是一杆秤,用来衡量我们基层民族工作的实效;暖心是一把尺,常常丈量着我们的
Someone once asked me to see you busy every day, what are you doing? I casually said, do “heart ”. ... Now, in retrospect, it was my heart-to-mouth talk. Engaged in the work of grassroots ethnic groups for so many years, my greatest comprehension is “heart to heart, heart to heart ”. In exchange for heart, it is to constantly empathy in our daily work. In order to truly understand what the ethnic minority compatriots need and what they hope for, we can change our working position so that we can consider ourselves what our government departments and ethnic workers should do for the ethnic minority compatriots. Warmheartedness means carrying out the work of serving ethnic minorities. Warm heart is a scale, used to measure the effectiveness of our grass-roots ethnic work; warm heart is a rule, and often measure our
