栾淑荣,女,1964年11月20日生于栖霞县中桥乡后高格庄村。她的家乡剪纸多用于年节窗花,而其地旧时流行十八格棂子窗,因此窗花多适应窄条长棂,剪为高长之状。又常以四幅或五幅长条组为一大幅,贴窗户中心,俗即称为“窗心”,这也是当地剪纸作品最为繁复壮观的作品。栾淑荣所剪“窗心”,有数十种之多,如“牛郎织女”、“八仙”、“老包”(表现民间关于包公“龙生、虎奶、雕搭棚”的传说故事)、五子登柯(科)(五个小孩攀上大树神态各异)、“西游记”、“金鱼(玉)满堂”、“鲤鱼跳龙门”、“蓬莱阁”等等。
