产品质量是企业发展的基础保障,一个企业只有具有良好产品质量,才能保障在这一行业具有良好的企业形象。但是随着时代的进步与科技的发展,传统的技术已经满足不了大众对于企业产品的需求,也没办法有效提升企业产品的质量,因此,必须要加快企业革新。本文从企业产品开发进行详细阐述,并围绕质量这一问题进行讨论,提出CMMI模型,并将其应用实施到企业产品生产过程中,提升企业产品设计能力以及过程控制能力,从而保障企业产品质量。
Product quality is the basis for the development of enterprise security, an enterprise only with good product quality, in order to protect the industry has a good corporate image. However, with the progress of the times and the development of science and technology, the traditional technology can not meet the public’s demand for the enterprise’s products and can not effectively improve the quality of the enterprise’s products. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the enterprise’s innovation. This article elaborates the enterprise product development, discusses the quality problem, puts forward the CMMI model, and applies it to the enterprise product manufacturing process to enhance the enterprise product design ability and process control ability so as to guarantee the enterprise product quality.
