糖皮质激素对炎症过程和免疫反应中的多个环节有抑制作用,其主要抗炎机制可能基于对炎性酶和细胞因子基因表达的抑制,然而长期用糖皮质则具有一定的副作用。一些中药由于具有免疫调节作用和抗炎作用,可以代替糖皮质激素治疗慢性炎症。小青龙汤是治疗慢性变态反应的常用方剂,本次探讨了小青龙汤对变态反应的药理作用及作用机理。
Glucocorticoids have inhibitory effects on many aspects of the inflammatory process and immune response. The main anti-inflammatory mechanism may be based on the inhibition of inflammatory enzyme and cytokine gene expression. However, long-term use of glucocorticoids has certain side effects. Some traditional Chinese medicines can replace glucocorticoids for chronic inflammation due to their immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effects. Xiaoqinglong Decoction is a common prescription for the treatment of chronic allergies. This article explored the pharmacological action and mechanism of Xiaoqinglong Decoction on allergy.
