国内外大型企业集团在加强集团化管理,实施国际化发展的历程中,对于强化物资供应管理工作,提升物资管理成效,降低物资成本,积累了丰富的实践经验。随着我国企业规模和集中度的提升,以及“走出去”步伐的加快,对于企业大范围集中配置物资的能力提出了更高的要求。在分析梳理国内外大型企业集团物资集中管理实践经验的基础上,通过对沃尔玛、海尔集团、佛吉亚公司的物资管理模式进行深入分析,结合国内企业集团物资管理的现状和发展诉求,提出加强物资调配能力建设的建议。大型企业集团物资管理实践的趋势
