健康教育是提高糖尿病患者自我管理水平最有效的手段。本文基于真实世界科研方法学，采集、处理并分析糖尿病患者健康教育相关信息，构建数据仓库，分析不同健康教育方式、运动处方与糖尿病患者相关指标的关联关系，为其临床应用提供支持。“,”Health education is the most effective means to improve the self-management level of patients with diabetes. This paper use the real world research method to collect,process and analysis the related information of patients with diabetes, meanwhile we build a data warehouse to analysis the relationship of different ways of health education, exercise prescription and diabetes related indicators.Then it will provide support for the clinical application.
