要多快好省地改革识字教学,提高儿童识字能力,我们认为必须根据汉字的特点进行分析研究,从中找出掌握汉字的规律。从汉字的组成来看,有笔划、偏旁部首和结构单位。而掌握字的结构单位是掌握汉字最关键的一环。汉字结构分两种:一种是几个基本笔划直接构成的,如文、青等,称为基本字;另一种是几个基本字组成的合体字,如政、精等。因此我们认为在儿童熟练地掌握拼音字母之后,可以利用汉字结构的特点,以基本字带字的方法进行识字教学。下面是我们用基本字带字进行教学的一例。
