目的探讨中医医院临床护士人文关怀知识储备对其人文关怀能力的影响。方法采用方便抽样对陕西省4所三级甲等中医医院530名在岗临床护士进行了现场问卷调查,有效问卷486份,有效率为91.7%。采用Pearson分析护士人文知识储备与人文关怀能力的相关性,采用多元逐步回归分析、筛选护士人文关怀能力的独立影响因素,检验水准α=0.05。结果人文关怀能力总分与对人文关怀的了解程度、认为人文关怀对自己的影响程度、是否学过人文关怀相关知识、是否参加过人文关怀相关培训等变量得分呈负相关(P<0.05),其中人文知识主要来源、是否参加过人文关怀相关培训是护士人文关怀知识储备的独立影响因素。结论中医医院及院校应通过树立中医护理理念、加强中医文化教育、构建中医护理文化等措施提升护士人文关怀能力。
Objective To explore the influence of humanistic care knowledge reserve of clinical nurses on humanistic care ability in Chinese medicine hospitals. Methods By means of convenient sampling, 530 on-the-job clinical nurses were investigated in 4 Grade-A hospitals in Shaanxi Province with 486 valid questionnaires, with an effective rate of 91.7%. Using Pearson analysis nurses’ humanistic knowledge reserve and humanistic care ability, using multivariate stepwise regression analysis to screen independent influencing factors of humanistic care ability of nurses, the test level α = 0.05. Results The total score of humane care and the level of understanding about humane care thought that humane care had a negative correlation with the degree of influence, whether learned humane care related knowledge, whether participated in relevant training of humanistic care or not, and other variables (P <0.05) Among them, the main source of humanistic knowledge and whether or not they participated in training related to humanistic care are the independent influencing factors of the humanistic care knowledge reserve of nurses. Conclusion TCM hospitals and colleges should improve nurses’ humane care ability by establishing concepts of Chinese medicine nursing, strengthening Chinese culture and education, building Chinese nursing culture and so on.
