传统场论的分析方法在交错双栅高频特性的分析中会带来繁琐的运算,等效电路法却可以大大简化分析步骤。本文在详细分析结构场特性的基础上,讨论了交错双栅慢波结构等效电路的等效原理以及构造方法,给出了一种等效电路。利用本文所给等效电路计算所得结果和CST-MWS软件模拟结果具有合理的一致性,对快速估计交错双栅慢波结构高频特性、快速选取结构参数具有积极意义。
The traditional field theory analysis method will bring tedious operation in the analysis of the high-frequency characteristics of staggered double-grid. The equivalent circuit method can greatly simplify the analysis steps. Based on the detailed analysis of the structural field characteristics, this paper discusses the equivalent principle and construction method of equivalent circuit with staggered dual-gate and slow-wave structure, and presents an equivalent circuit. Using the equivalent circuit and the CST-MWS simulation results, it is reasonable to quickly estimate the high-frequency characteristics of the double-gate slow-wave structure and to quickly select the structural parameters.
