收集事实、提供论点最近,我在仔细研读教育家们就领导才干发表的论述时,读到了一份为教育领导才干的研究提供指导方针的、来自华盛顿一政府机构的《征求方案启事(RFP)》。像许多这类文献一样,这份《征求方案启事》的基调是给我们提供某种应用理论,并且向我们推荐可以深入钻研的课题。除此之外,通篇都是要求对领导才干下精确的定义、根据经验具体落实领导的特殊品质,然后在训练领导“技能”的计划中予以实施。

Like many of these documents, the keynote of this solicitation proposal is to provide us with some applied theory and to recommend topics for further study. In addition, the entire article calls for a precise definition of leadership, the implementation of leadership-specific qualifications based on experience, and the implementation of leadership skills training programs.
