农发行山东省分行组建以来,把不断增加农产品有效供给和大幅度提高农民收入作为开发信贷工作的出发点和落脚点,坚持政策性与效益性并重,突出支持了科技含量高、上连市场下连基地、种养加一条龙、贸工农一体化的大中型龙头企业的骨干项目。一是在优先安排黄淮海开发区中低产田改造资金需要的前提下,突出支持农产品深加工项目的生产流动资金和新开工的重点项目。在总行核增的14200万元农业综合开发贷款计划中,用于项目区中低产田改造4400万元;用于支持山东省百家龙头企业项目贷款4900万元;用于“海上山东”建设的水产养殖项目贷款1800万元;用于肉牛、肉鸡等畜牧养殖及加工配套项目贷款990万元:用于植物油、淀粉等其它农产品深加工项目贷款2000万元。这
