通过检测铁路隧道路基钢轨3种常见维修施工方式的粉尘、噪声危害,发现隧道清筛作业粉尘浓度最高,超过国家标准,捣固及换轨施工作业粉尘浓度均符合国家标准。3种施工中噪声8h等效声级基本符合国家标准,但短时有超过100dB(A)的情况。隧道清筛、捣固作业需要进行湿式作业及相应级别的个体呼吸防护,3种施工作业均需要进行SNR值在30分贝左右个体噪声防护。
By detecting the dust and noise of three kinds of common maintenance construction methods of railroad tunnel subgrade, it is found that the dust concentration of the tunnel cleaning operation is the highest, exceeding the national standard, and the dust concentration of the tamping and track replacement work meets the national standards. The noise level of the 8 kinds of construction in 8h is basically in line with the national standard, but the short-term exceed 100dB (A). Tunnel cleaning, tamping operations require wet work and the corresponding level of individual respiratory protection, three kinds of construction operations require SNR value of about 30 dB individual noise protection.
