本文是中国捕食线虫真菌Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的续报。报道捕食蘑菇堆肥线虫真菌5个种对该线虫的捕食能力及其发挥高效捕食能力的生物学特性。5个种生长的最适DH值为7~9,最适温度为19~22℃,捕食效率在pH值7~9,温度22℃时最高。适宜5个种生长并利于菌同形成的培养基是CMA。5个种中,少孢节丛孢Arthrobotrys oligospora GAOO1菌株具有最高且稳定的捕食能力,在适宜条件下,捕食效率平均在90%以上,捕食的最适PH为7~9,最适温为22℃,尤以PH值的影响最为敏感。无菌水在无线虫条件下诱导少孢节丛孢、贵州节丛孢(A.guizhouense Zhang sp.nov)卵孢节丛孢(A.oviformis)形成菌网,是对捕食线虫的关键阶段——菌网形成机制解释的一个补充。
This article is the report of Chinese nematode fungi Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ. Reported the predation of five species of mushroom compost nematode fungi on the nematode predation ability and biological characteristics of its ability to play an efficient predator. The optimum DH value for the growth of 5 species was 7-9, the optimum temperature was 19-22 ℃, and the predation efficiency was the highest at pH 7-9 and temperature 22 ℃. Suitable for 5 kinds of growth and conducive to the formation of the same culture medium is CMA. Among 5 species, arthrobotrys oligospora GAOO1 strain had the highest and stable predation ability. Under appropriate conditions, the predation efficiency was over 90%, the optimum pH for prey was 7 ~ 9 and the optimum temperature was 22 ℃, especially the most sensitive to the impact of PH value. Sterile water induces less Sporobolomyceta sp. Under the condition of A. elegans, A. guizhouense Zhang sp. Nov forms a network of spores of A.oviformis, which is a critical stage for predatory nematodes - A supplement to the explanation of the bacterial network formation mechanism.
