近年来,随着“高中热”和高校扩招现象的出现,直接导致了中职院校学生生源质量的不断下降,学生以中考落榜生为主,具有明显的低龄化特点,同时学生学习能力差,没有一个明确的学习动机和学习方法,学习兴趣缺失,而且厌学情绪普遍存在于目前中职教学中。基于此,本文结合中职《儿科护理学》教学,为有效提高学生学习兴趣谈论了自己几点体会,希望对相关教学工作有所帮助。
