李其斌,1954年出生,笔名:崎斌,笔坡居士,广西博白县人。《红豆》杂志签约书画作者。急诊医学专家,主任医师(教授)。1989年加入广西青年书法家协会,1990年加入广西科技书画院任院士兼国际交流部负责人。1994年国家公派留学,2000年学成回国。现任广西医科大学教授、主任医师、研究生导师,急诊科副主任,蛇毒蛇伤研究室主任,广西国家重点学科急救医学学术带头人;中国蛇协副会长;《蛇志》杂志主编,广西亚健康科学技术研究会副会长兼书画与健康分会主任委员,南国书画院顾问等。
