本文对自制两种抗葡萄球菌肠毒素B(SEB)单克隆抗体(McAb)3D6和B4的中和及逆转作用进行了鉴定,发现这两种McAb不仅对SEB刺激的小鼠脾细胞增殖有不同程度的中和作用(抑制率分别为26.1%和67.5%),而且对SEB抑制溶血空斑形成(PFC)有一定的逆转作用(逆转率分别为33.1%和59.3%)。所获结果与文献报道用抗Lyt-McAb进行排空试验分析的结果相似,提示两种抗SEB-McAb识别的SEB分子上的表位与SEB所致促分裂原活性及其抑制B细胞抗体产生功能可能有一定的关系。
In this paper, the neutralization and reversal effects of two homemade anti-staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB) monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) 3D6 and B4 were identified and found that the two McAbs not only proliferated differently in SEB-stimulated mouse spleen cells (Inhibition rates were 26.1% and 67.5%, respectively), and had a certain reversal effect on the inhibition of hemolytic plaque formation (PFC) by SEB. The reversal rates were 33.1% and 59.3%, respectively. The results obtained were similar to those reported in the literature for the emptying assay with anti-Lyt-McAb, suggesting that epitopes on the SEB molecules recognized by both SEB-McAbs and SEB-induced mitogenic activity and their inhibition of B cell antibody production Function may have a certain relationship.
