我是从1994年开始当白城市人大代表的,1998年又选为吉林省第九届人大代表。回顾当选人大代表十年来所做的工作,颇有一番感慨在心头。当代表的初期,我感到当人大代表是一种莫大的荣誉,随着代表活动的展开、增多,越来越感到当人大代表更重要的是职责,要反映人民的意见和呼声;对“一府两院”工作依法进行监督;带头遵纪守法,积极推行党和政府的各项工作。在当选省、市两级人大代表的十年来,我共写出议案、建议、意见38件,大到国计民生,小到百姓琐事,都是经过认真调查、反复思考而写成的,多数被有关部门采纳或部分采纳。
Since 1994, I have been the deputies of Baicheng City People’s Congress, and in 1998 I was elected as the Ninth National People’s Congress of Jilin Province. Recalling the work done by elected deputies over the past decade, there is quite a feeling in mind. When the delegates were at an early stage, I felt that it was a great honor for the deputies to the NPC as the deputies to the deputies started to expand and to feel more and more that it was their responsibility to reflect more on the people’s opinions and voices.
