本文报告1985～1989年间我院应用小儿上消化道内镜检查3个月～13岁患儿162例(182次)的结果。主要症状为腹痛、呕血、黑便和呕吐。病交检出率达92％,无并发症。本组实践证明,小儿上消化道疾病以浅表性胃炎和消化性溃疡多见。胃镜检查安全可靠,可作为小儿上消化道疾病追踪的有效手段,有肯定临床价值。
This article reports from 1985 to 1989 in our hospital pediatric upper gastrointestinal endoscopy for 3 months to 13-year-old children in 162 cases (182 times) results. The main symptoms are abdominal pain, hematemesis, melena and vomiting. Disease detection rate of 92%, no complications. This group of practice has proved that children with upper gastrointestinal diseases superficial gastritis and peptic ulcer more common. Gastroscopy safe and reliable, can be used as an effective means of tracking the upper gastrointestinal diseases in children, have certain clinical value.
