为落实涟钢党政提出的“励精图治,苦练内功,二次创业,振兴涟钢”的号召,特提出“建设创业特色的涟钢企业文化”。 “建设涟钢创业文化”作为大的系统来构建,可把它分解为三个子系统工程。 1、“建设涟钢创业文化”的生产、经营、建设工程。我们把生产、经营、建设部门、单位的工作、活动及成果作为这个子系统的构成要素加以综合分析,就能寻找到它们特有的文化质点、文化丛、文化模式,以及它们显现的价值观、思想意识、行为规范、工作作风等伴生物,把它们收集起来加工、整理、培植,使之条理化、规范化、科学化,并在有关部门、单位的工作、活动实践中推广、提高,就是在做“建设涟钢创业文化”的生产、经营、建设工程的工作了。 2、“建设涟钢创业文化”的文化、生活、福利工程。要在自力更生、艰苦创业、勤俭办厂、无私奉献的原则指导下,在企业力所能及的范围内每年有计划、有目的地给员工办几件实实在在
