近几年,我国网络舆情事件经常发生,基层党政人员的行为在网络上引起风波。这主要是因为一些基层党政干部不能与时俱进,基层政府部门不能和媒介进行有效的沟通,其创新意识比较缺乏。在这种情况下,必须提升基层党政干部的媒介素养,将认识媒介作为基础、运用媒介作为关键,通过危机公关有效解决网络舆情问题,通过网络舆情事件树立政府形象。笔者根据长期基层工作经验,探究新媒体环境下基层党政干部媒介素养问题,供大家参考和借鉴。
In recent years, the public opinion on the internet in our country often happens. The behaviors of grassroots party and government officials have caused turmoil on the Internet. This is mainly because some party and government cadres at the grassroots level can not advance with the times and the grassroots government departments can not effectively communicate with the media and their innovative awareness is relatively scarce. Under such circumstances, we must upgrade the media literacy of party and government cadres at the grassroots level, use the media as a basis, use the media as a key issue, effectively solve the problem of online public opinion through crisis public relations, and establish a government image through online public opinion. Based on long-term grassroots work experience, the author explores the media literacy of grassroots party and government cadres under new media environment for reference and reference.
