贵刊1995年第3期“习题辅导”栏目中孙祥建老师撰写的《DNA与基因的脱氧核苷酸数相等吗?》一文,我们认为似有不妥,现商榷如下。 孙老师列举的两道试题是; 1.玉米的一个基因由3000个脱氧核苷酸组成,该基因控制合成的蛋白质含氨基酸数日最多有( ) A.3000个 B.500个 C.1000个 D.600个 2.某生物的一段DNA由3000个脱氧核苷酸组成,该DNA控制合成的蛋白质中含氨基酸数目最多 Did you think that there was something wrong with the article “Are the number of deoxyribonucleic acid nucleotides in DNA and gene equal?” written by Sun Xiangjian in the column titled “Guidance in counseling” in the 3rd issue of the 1995 issue of the magazine?
