FFT减水剂是由聚次甲基芳烃基磺酸钠盐和氧化羧酸碱金属盐的复合反应生成物组成。其中聚芳烃磺酸盐具有较高的缩合度,并且由于高分子电解质和表面活性物质的共同作用,因此分散性强,是一种高性能的减水剂。其主要性能与β-萘磺酸甲醛高缩合物钠盐这类减水剂相近。由于FFT生产利用了工业副产品,大幅度降低了生产成本,因而使推广应用的技术经济效果更为显著。
The FFT water reducing agent is composed of a complex reaction product of a polymethylene alkane sulfonate sodium salt and an oxidized carboxylic acid alkali metal salt. Among them, polyaromatic sulfonates have a high degree of condensation, and due to the combined action of polymer electrolytes and surface active substances, they are highly dispersible and are a high performance water reducer. Its main performance is similar to the water-reducing agent such as sodium salt of β-naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde high condensate. As FFT production utilizes industrial by-products, production costs are substantially reduced, and thus the technical and economical effects of popularization and application are more pronounced.
