心机图即心尖搏动图和心脏收缩时间间期(STI)的测定是同步记录心电图、心音图、颈动脉图和心尖搏动图,测量其相互的时相关系和比值,以及分析图形变化;从而判断心功能的一种非损伤性检查方法。用心机图测定左室功能与心血管造影术的结果一致,又与直接测定的血液动力学变化有很好的相关,为临床估价左心功能提供可靠的基础。70年代前后在国外开始将心机图应用于临床,近年来国内也引起重视。本文对120例正常人心机图的结果作以下的探讨。
