目的:探讨对患者家属开展同步健康教育的意义,为更好的开展患者护理管理工作提供参考。方法:选取2015年4月~2016年3月在浙江省肿瘤医院接受放射治疗的肺癌患者106例,随机分为两组,每组各53例。对照组患者接受常规护理及健康教育,观察组在此基础上,对主要照顾者实施同步健康教育。比较两组患者的遵医行为、肺癌放射治疗并发症发生率、住院时间、情绪状态与生活质量有无差异。结果:两组患者的基础资料无显著性差异(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组遵医行为、肺癌放射治疗并发症发生率、住院时间等指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量中的身体功能、角色功能、情绪功能评分,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对患者实施同步健康教育,能够提高患者遵医行为,减少并发症发生率,缩短患者住院时间,改善患者情绪状态与生活质量,促进患者康复。
Objective: To explore the significance of carrying out synchronized health education for family members of patients so as to provide a reference for better patient care management. Methods: From April 2015 to March 2016, 106 patients with lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital were randomly divided into two groups of 53 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing and health education. On the basis of this, the observation group conducted synchronized health education for the primary caregivers. Comparing the two groups of patients compliance behavior, the incidence of lung cancer radiotherapy complications, hospital stay, emotional status and quality of life are there any differences. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). After intervention, the observing group’s compliance behavior, the incidence of lung cancer radiotherapy complication and hospital stay were superior to those of the control group (P <0.05); SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05) Quality body function, role function, emotional function score, higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The simultaneous health education for patients can improve their behavior of compliance, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the hospital stay, improve the emotional state and quality of life, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
