施工设备的管理水平不仅直接影响工程的施工项目的质量、施工进度、经济效益,还间接影响公司的总体效益和综合竞争力。自从项目法施工以来,对设备的管理便形成了项目部设备管理和公司设备管理2套体系。这2套体系有交叉,又相对独立。为了使大家能够清楚地了解公司设备管理体系的特点,我们对北京市市政一建设工程有限责任公司材料设备部部长孙勇进行了走访。
