防治棉红蜘蛛一般用有机磷杀虫剂。由于害虫的抗性日益增强,而现有农药又易产生公害,因此筛选高效、低毒、低残留的抗生素,是防治棉红蜘蛛的新途径。我们用浅黄链霉菌韶关变种(Stre-ptomyces flaveolus var.Shaoguanensis n.var.)产生的孢内杀虫抗生素T_(21),经两年多室内和田间试验,防治棉红蜘蛛效果良好。 (一)材料与方法 1.药剂来源:均为市售化学农药。抗生素T_(21)供试样品,摇瓶发酵浸提液使用时,稀释10~20倍;浓缩液稀释30~60倍;工厂产品稀释200~500倍,均加0.1%海鸥洗涤液作粘着剂。使用浓度参照常用数。
Prevention and treatment of cotton spider mites commonly used organophosphate pesticides.
