近年来,国内外学者一致认为微量白蛋白检测对糖尿病肾病的早期诊断有十分重要的临床意义,但对尿标本留取意见颇不一致。本文对不同时间的尿标本检测结果进行相关分析,认为检测晨尿微量白蛋白浓度(FMAC)可反映24小时尿微量白蛋白排出量(TUAE),现报道如下。 In recent years, scholars at home and abroad unanimously believe that the detection of microalbumin has an important clinical significance in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy, but the opinion of urine samples is quite inconsistent.
