一、现行结构及其缺点 B6050等牛头刨床一般采用图1所示之锥面制动机构,拨叉13和9分别控制制动器和摩擦片离合器(图中未画出)。实际使用证明,图1所示结构主要存在以下两个缺点: (1)当控制轴10由图示位置向右移动(制动→启动)时,刚开始拨叉13不随轴10右移(制动器未脱开),而拨叉9却随轴10右移,并带动滑环6右移,压下杠杆的右端使之产生顺时针转动,推动小轴8,从而压紧摩擦片。
