本文针对15MnVNg钢H型杆件定位焊缝金属根部微裂纹问题,采用平板刚性拘束裂纹试验法进行了研究。探讨了预热温度对根部裂纹的影响。认为较高的局部预热温度产生的附加热应力是产生该裂纹的主要原因。因此,选择合适的局部预热温度是防止焊接裂纹的关键。
In order to solve the problem of micro-cracking of the root of weld metal in 15MnVNg steel H-bar, the rigid rigid restraint crack test method was used to study the crack. The effect of preheating temperature on root crack was discussed. It is considered that the additional thermal stress generated by the higher local preheating temperature is the main reason for the crack. Therefore, the choice of the appropriate local preheating temperature is the key to prevent weld cracking.
